The MULTI M2 VERSA rear tent with pack awning is designed for campervans with barn doors, including the Citroën Spacetourer, Citroën Jumpy, Peugeot Traveller, Peugeot Expert, Toyota ProAce Verso, Opel Zafira Life, Opel Vivaro from 2018, Fiat Ulysse and Fiat Scudo.

The innovative design uses the vehicle’s rear doors as the main support for the awning, eliminating the need for a complex frame. This makes the tent quick and easy to install while providing a spacious and practical sheltered area at the rear of the vehicle.

The integrated partition between the tent and the vehicle can be opened or closed. When closed, the tent can be used as a separate space for a shower, changing room or portable toilet. When open, it becomes an extension of the vehicle and provides direct access to the interior, regardless of the campervan’s interior layout.

Access to the tent is through a large front door, providing excellent ventilation and visibility from inside the vehicle when the partition is open. The front door can also be converted into a practical awning using the eyelets and the Awning Support Kit.

The sides feature vertical Velcro strips for secure attachment to the rear opening of the campervan. The included fiberglass poles create a lower support frame that helps the tent maintain its shape in windy conditions, making it particularly useful on hard surfaces where ground pegs cannot be used. Four metal pegs are also included for use on soft ground.

Two roof poles increase the interior headroom, making the tent suitable for storing bulky equipment such as surfboards and skis. The additional height also allows a shower or lamp to be suspended inside.

Mounting

First, attach the tent to both rear doors using the side flaps. Elastic cords secure the sides of the tent to the lower part of the doors.

The connection between the tent roof and the vehicle roof is secured with an additional elastic cord. The upper part of the tent overlaps the vehicle frame and is secured with two hooks attached to the door hinges.

The cross-shaped roof poles complete the structure and provide a spacious interior area.

The fiberglass poles and ground pegs are mainly required in windy conditions. The bottom of the tent features a hem for inserting the poles and four grommets for securing the four metal pegs.
