The Ceraforce® Granitium ceramic coating provides excellent non-stick performance to prevent food from burning. This coating is up to three times more durable than previous Ballarini ceramic coatings and is made without PFAS. The Radiant induction base ensures fast and even heat distribution for consistently great cooking results.
