Protective cover for the original Volkswagen T5/T6 elevating pop-top roof. Waterproof 190T nylon fabric, ventilation windows, transparent roof section for solar panels and adjustable keder strips included. Not suitable for Reimo or SCA roofs.

The Vancabin T5T6COVER elevating pop-top roof cover has been designed exclusively for the original elevating roofs of Volkswagen T5 and T6 models. It is designed to protect the pop-top roof when the vehicle is parked or stored, while allowing proper ventilation and helping prevent condensation, moisture, mold and corrosion.
The cover features two side windows with double metal zip pullers for effective ventilation. The roof section is transparent, making it suitable for campervans equipped with solar panels or those planning to install them in the future, without obstructing solar charging.
The cover includes two adjustable 2.50 m keder strips with sewn-in Velcro for attaching the lower part of the cover to the vehicle’s original roof guides. If a side awning is installed, the keder strips can be cut to the required length.
If the vehicle does not have roof tracks, the cover can also be secured using ropes, elastic bands, suction cups or magnets (not included) through the multiple metal eyelets around the lower perimeter.
The windows, transparent roof section and keder strips are included in the purchase price.
Important: This model is designed exclusively for original Volkswagen T5/T6 elevating roofs. It is not suitable for Reimo or SCA roofs.
Start mounting the cover from the front of the elevating roof. Slightly raise the roof and fit the two front corners of the cover.
Stretch the cover towards the rear of the vehicle and insert the two keder strips into the roof side tracks. Raise the roof halfway, connect the Velcro on the base of the cover to the Velcro on the keder strips, and then fully raise the pop-top roof.
If a side awning is installed, the keder strips can be cut into two pieces of the required length to fit into the free sections of the roof tracks in front of and behind the awning.
The lower perimeter also features several metal eyelets for alternative fastening with elastic bands, ropes, magnets or suction cups (not included).
