The Ceraforce® Granitium ceramic coating provides outstanding non-stick performance, preventing food from sticking or burning. This coating is up to three times more durable than previous Ballarini ceramic coatings and is completely PFAS-free. The Radiant induction base ensures fast and even heat distribution, allowing for precise and consistent cooking results.
